Use this screen to search, view, create, and void deposits.
Description of fields on the Search Criteria panel screen
| Field Label | Description |
|---|---|
| Deposit Number | Enter part or all of the deposit number. |
| Description | Enter part or all of the deposit description. |
| Deposit Date (From / To) | Enter the deposit date range in these fields or select them from the Calendar icons. |
| Create Date (From / To) | Enter the deposit created date range in these fields or select them from the Calendar icons. |
| Total Deposit $ (From / To) | Enter the deposit dollar amount range in these fields. |
| Status | Select a deposit status from this droplist. Valid values include All, Draft, Completed, and Voided. |
| Search | Select this option to search deposits using the search criteria. |
Description of fields on the Search Results pane
| Field Label | Description |

| New Deposit | Select this option to create a deposit. |
| Refresh | This option retrieves the current search results. |
| Select this option to print a list of deposit records from the Search Results screen. | |
| Print Preview | Selecting this option to displays a list of deposit records from the Search Results on your screen. |
| Export to CSV | This option exports the list in CSV (Comma Separate Value) file format. |
| Deposit Number | This value is automatically generated when the deposit is created. |
| Description | This is the deposit description. |
| Receipt Count | The number of receipts in this deposit. |
| Total Deposit $ | The total deposit dollar amount. |
| Created Date | The date the deposit was created. |
| Deposit Date | The date of deposit. |
| Status | Valid values include Draft, Completed, and Voided. |
| Location | If present, indicates which repair facility location the deposit is associated. |
| View | Select this option to view the selected deposit receipts. |
| This option prints the selected deposit receipts details. | |
| Void | Selecting this option marks the selected deposit void. |
